My mission is to help women move out of survival mode and into a more grounded, joyful way of living—through breath, movement, music, and genuine friendship with supportive women on a similar journey.

 

Together, we create a daily rhythm of stretching, strengthening, discovering new music, singing, and dancing in your living room, out in nature, or wherever you join us on Zoom
